Stock Desk is a stock and ETF research tool. It shows market data, computes automated ratings and fair-value estimates from public information, and provides an AI assistant that answers general questions.
Stock Desk is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner or fiduciary, and is not registered as any of those in any jurisdiction. We do not know your financial circumstances, goals or risk tolerance, and nothing on the site is personalised to you.

Ratings, grades, scores, fair-value figures and AI-generated commentary are opinions produced by automated models using assumptions that may be incorrect. Fair value is a model output, not a price target. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional who understands your situation before making any investment decision.
Market and company data is supplied by third parties, including Yahoo Finance, Finnhub and YouTube. It may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, out of date or simply wrong. Prices shown are not guaranteed to be real-time and must not be relied on for trading decisions. We do not independently verify third-party data and are not responsible for it.
Investing carries risk, including the risk of losing some or all of the money you invest. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing on this site reduces those risks.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, which will not affect the period you have already paid for.

The built-in assistant generates responses automatically. It can be confidently wrong, may misstate figures, and must never be treated as advice or as a substitute for professional judgement. Do not enter sensitive personal information into it.
The Stock Desk name, site, design, rating methodology and generated content belong to us and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own research. Underlying market data remains the property of its providers.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or your reliance on its content. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be signalled by updating the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
